The authority detained some Rohingya in Kilatan South village, Du Chi Ra Tan village tract, Maungdaw Township, alleged to a murder case. According to the police investigation, the village officer in charge Sultan was found dead with gunshot on 2nd May. Villagers were frightened, neighbouring Rohingya men were run away for fear of arbitrary arrest and left behind their families. Police have arrested seven Rohingya women whose husbands were missing and interrogation also is going on.
