''One voter saw that wrong ballot paper and he said to change. At that time over 20 ballot papers were already wrong. So, we complain not to do invalid ballot papers for that wrong candidate'', he said. ''That wrong ballot paper at Shwe Bo is worse, that shouldn't be at this time. Some people did not remember the name of candidates but they by heart the party name. So maybe they not know that wrong pyithu hluttaw candidate name.
