By the election law, only 1519 rohingya have chance to vote at this election although there are just over one million rohingya in Rakhine State. Rohingya, government called Bangale, who holds white cards didn't have chance to vote this election though they can vote at 2010. Moreover before election, those all white cards had rejected and green cards was replaced by the government. There are over 0.7 million who hold white cards in the country and most of them are rohingyas. No rohingya at Thantwe distinct have not chances to vote this year. Only 824 rohingyas at Myaut Oo distinct, 402 at Kyaut Phyu distinct, 221 at Sittwe distinct and 71 at Maungtaw distinct have chance to vote. There are around one million rohingya at Rakhine State, so only 0.15 percent of rohingya have chances to vote. U Aung Mya, election union of Rakhine State, declared the number of voters at Rakhine State.
